Memorial Day 2014

 We just had to go visit Chicken Hill again on Memorial Day to see it in all its glory.

Notice how most grave are outlined in fencing, boards or rocks.  All of the flowers are artificial.

Often the deceased favorite items are place on the grave.  The Natives believe it will allow them to enjoy them in heaven too.


We notice several graves had personal messages newly written on a rock or board.
